Texas dealer: we have it (quoting wrong price for a wrong model, cannot quote shipping charges, disappears, stops answering phone or email)
Illinois dealer: (has a fancy website) yes, we have it. order from our website.
me: (ordered from website, weeks of waiting, finally got it via freight shipping, now trying to use it, found that I cannot use it 'cause gfci is tripping)
Illinois dealer: oh yeah, you ordered the model for contractors not for households, that is OSHA compliant. for that you have to order XYZ for $300, and get electrician to install it.
Electrician: yes. but it will cost you over a $1000 in parts&labor. no other way around.
Illinois dealer: i'm sorry that it does not work, but you cannot return it. that's our policy. you must read our policy before ordering.
me: (pulling my hair, doing intensive research online, finally found information that I need from an electrician website, got access to manufacturer's internal instruction).
local dealer: yes, that is pretty simple modification. just need to remove one wire under the cover, you could either bring it here or do it yourself following the instruction.

и еси честно, то.. Немцов конечно же очень классно матерится, что выдает его с головой как чрезвычайно хорошего парня. но вот не поздновато ли их пробило, а. или время пришло для других людей, надежд и.. власти.
