В следующий раз не выделывайся с "business is much appreciated", а пиши прямым текстом что-нибудь типа "лица не имеющие при себя документов удостоверяющих личность обслуживанию не подлежат" или еще какую-нить такую советскую хуйню... Отвык я однако, блин.
