We're looking for a full-time DBA here now. We're pretty small - about 20 people - and until now one of the lead developers has doubled as DBA. Currently we're an Oracle shop, but one of our major clients wants us to port to Sybase, so we're looking for a DBA with both Oracle and Sybase (or at least the willingness to learn Sybase) and some SysAdmin experience (Microsoft) as well.
If you know anyone who qualifies, and is looking for work, and want to forward their resume to me, I'll pass it on to our hiring manager.
